Open the control panel for BD, and click Settings>Scan tab. Right click on each scan session, and check 'Show Task Path'. Did everyone reinstall/update within the last couple days? I am trying to troubleshoot this problem, and I noticed that the program seemed to work at first, but then this issue came on again after the update ("older than one day" fix). I'm wondering if it's the update that's making the program wonky.
