  • Hello Welcome to the forums. Could you please tell the version of the operating system and big is your HDD? Take care. My OS is 10.7.3. My HDD is (about) 650GB, and my external harddrive appears to be the same capacity, but I am not so literate on the MAC.

  • Hi - I have just downloaded a free version for my Mac and have the same/similar problem - I started a scan and it did not stop for over 24 hours! Then I stopped it manually.... It keeps telling me that my computer has NOT been scanned, and each time I hit 'fix this issue' it goes off again, non stop. Sigh.....What to do?…
