  • Have you by chance solved the problem? I have the same problem and I followed the same steps that you followed. After uninstalling BD Agent with the tool everything goes smoothly. I tried to reinstall BD free and it gives me this 'Cannot Copy Installer' error. For the moment I have installed another antivirus.
