Quite hard to understand what happens without more information. If other browser is used, the result is the same or not? (Remember Safepay is much more punishing on analyzing certificates received - we discovered errors on pages happily signaled as green by other browsers, most obvious example being Fiddler MITM proxy…

Can you tell us what is the address of the website? Quite often a webpage have a good certificate, but it embeds resources from external domains, and those have incorrect/expired/fake certificates. For example, we encountered a bank (!) embedding advertising from another domain registered with yet another name, and this…

I put a support ticket in but I will still like to hear from someone on any success that they may of had?. Maybe I didn't explain properly either, When I go to the stgeorge website, where it tells you if the site is encrypted and has a valid certificate it has a yellow warning that says no certificate. When I click logon…

Nope, didn't fix it.

Yeah, the repair worked for me for awhile, now it is gone again.

Try running a repair on the program Control Panel>Program and Features (Uninstall)>Bitdefender>Double click and choose Repair. Otherwise send in a Customer Support ticket and BD will get back to you. Ok, thanks. I'll give it a try.

SafePay loses encrypted connection when changing between webpages. Sometimes I get this error with obk.exe as well.... The Exception Breakpoint A breakpoint has been reached. (0x80000003) occured in the application at location 0x51a70af2. Click OK to terminate the program.

Pankar, open google chrome, then enter in the address bar chrome://plugins and tick "Bitdefender Password Manager NPAPI Plugin" always allow. I tried this but the plugin isn't there. It was working before. It asked me to login at logon and works in ie but doesn't store the password in chrome. Could it be something to do…

Thanks Cristian So how do I use the wallet manually? Andrew Oh, you mean just typing your username and password in manually.

Ah, now I think I get it. You are using eBay from, say, Firefox, then when payment moment comes, only now it jumps you into Safepay. If that is the case, it cannot work; cookies/authentication session are in another browser, and they cannot be transferred as a whole session into another browser (in this case, Safepay).…

Quite strange, since Safepay is storing cookies locally. So to understand the scenario: you go to ebay.com, login, purchase something, and when you click a certain ebay link it will attempt to bring you to paypal.com, and you get the error message. I will send right now a request to testing team to try to attempt a repro…

Yep. I will try, next time I buy something off eBay. It happened yesterday when i bought something online, that was a toy shop not ebay. I paid through paypal the same though, when I went to login to pay it went to Paypal and said that it needs cookies to be enabled. Then I have to close it and use the normal browser. I…

I'm not sure what the cookie error means. As a first suggestion, can you try to add both paypal.com and ebay.com to the list of Favorites? You can do this by navigating to the eBay and PayPal websites respectively, then click in the address bar the right button to add them to Favorites; then retry the operation. Please let…

I also have this problem but to be more specific, I can log in directly to PayPal but the problem happens when I purchase something on eBay through PayPal, when it goes to the PayPal login screen I get the cookie error.

I'm wondering, there must be something we have in common that is causing us to have the issue when no one else is. What are your hardware details?

I was wrong, still doing it.

The exact thing happened to me twice. I opened Safepay to make a purchase in Steam and i got BSOD. I thought that was strange because I had never got one on this PC and I've been using it for over 2 years now. I started Windows (7 x64) again and tried to make the same purchase in Safepay and got the same BSOD. I was scared…

Hi I recently updated to Bitdefender Total Security 2014 Ver.17.17.0.773, and when I use SafePay and try to login to a secure website I get a BSOD. I am thinking maybe it is a SSL issue, as it always happens when I try and login on secure websites, but this maybe a coincidence and may just happen after a short period of…
