I followed all the 8 steps here already and no success. Multiple restarts. Different networks. Just doesn't like Sequoia it seems. There is a glitch somewhere. When I uninstalled it wouldn't reinstall for a long time either - something is clashing somewhere

I was finding VPN not working at all after Sequoia installation so I uninstalled VPN and now it won't reinstall. Just keeps spinning..
