I did the opposite of what the configuration ordered me. I rebooted / restarted my PC and it works. Why do they have a notification "do not reboot/restart your pc" ? So VPN works. • the only security issue is the SSL-certificates on the Vivaldi web browser. Hopefully there will be no more issues.
