  • Hi Sorin, Your colleague in the ticket support department finally came back to me. All is sorted.
  • In the product on the top right corner you have a little human icon, if you click on it a small drop down menu will appear, there you will have the option Help&Support. There is no help and support option when you click on the icon. There is only a support option in the left menu - which only allows you to search.
  • Have you got it set to "always allow" in Chrome plug-ins? (Open google chrome, then enter in the address bar chrome://plugins and tick "Bitdefender Password Manager NPAPI Plugin" always allow.) Yep. Checked all browsers and same issue. Just stopped working.
  • Doesn't work at all for me in Google Chrome (Win 8.1 64bit). Worked for a while at the start (last year some time) and hasn't worked since.

But what about internet security options in general, never mind for viruses/malware. Most parents want a secure app to monitor internet usage on mobiles (if we could add a bitdefender app to Kid's corner on…
  • Hi, I've read that page and allowed all the necessary exceptions that were on this windows media centre page: ehshell.exe Mcrdsvc.exe Svchost.exe MCXNetTw.exe MCRMgr.exe Ehexthost.exe It still will not allow me to connect to the xbox 360, as it says that it cannot configure BitDefender firewall rules. Any help?
