It's never "stuck" always works, but have to occasionally "Connect" Happened once today, other days many times needed to re-connect when I return to the pc. 😐

Even on automatic it will disconnect. That link you posted appears to troubleshoot speed issues only.

My issue is not slow speed. Issue is constant daily multiple DISCONNECTS. I tried Montreal today, it was better but so far 1 disconnect when I returned to my pc after maybe 1 hour.

I am still waiting, now Nov 18/22. I even deleted the device from the box and no change. ISP not blocking either. All ports 50000 to 50003 are blocked when I try to ping the device. I have been trying since Aug remotely..... returning home soon to decide the FATE of the box and the BOX subscription.

I installed Bitdefender Total Security on a Toshiba Satellite M40. It is now EXTREMELY SLOW for everything and anything. It never used to be this way. Is bitedefender the cause? I wish to keep Bitfdender on it but if I have to, I will switch to something else. Help
