So you found the folder? Is it full or empty? Yes, I found folder following the path you posted. The folder is full, and my Quarantine in BD is full. I am attempting to send the xlm files to DanyDan now.

@biomechman: thanks for the update, I do however need one more thing from you. Please ZIP / WinRAR ALL XML files from the Quarantine Folder and send me the archive via PM. The quarantine folder is: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\BitDefender\Desktop\Quarantine C:\Users\All…

Thanks, getting closer but still not there. I changed options to see hidden files, but make it to: C:\Users\==MY USERNAME==\AppData\Roaming\BitDefender\ once I get here, there is only a folder "Desktop". I open it and only a folder "Profiles" and so on, but no "Quarantine" folder. Other suggestions? thanks OK, See Post…

I have followed the steps and attempted 5 Startup Repairs and it still will not start up. What do I do now? Please Help, this is my work computer and I have much to do in preparation…

For this situation you need to repair BitDefender. Go to Start->All Programs ->BitDefender 2010-> Repair or Remove. Cristi. Hi Cristi. I tried this solution to the same problem and it states the I must restart my computer for the configuration to take place. I am afraid to restart because it seems to cause larger problems.…

After following this all day (and night) I am ready to ask a question. I have two computers fallen victims to this problem. Laptop was first, and before I saw this forum I trusted bitdefender and clicked OK several times sending things to quarantine. I quickly became suspicious and tried to shut down the computer for fear…
