i tried disableing all the services in bitdefender and i still get the problem you have to comletely remove Bitdefender from your PC. disabling only will not fix.

same problem here, all my downloads are corrupted since i installed BD2013. any patch!!! un-installed BD2013, and my problem is fixed. no more corrupted downloads
