Many thanks to Mihaela Masaru! I put a support ticket in via the website and received excellent service and support in resolving my issue. I really appreciate the extra efforts put in by the BitDefender support staff!

This sounds like the same issue I am facing. I use my computer every day for business and cannot afford to have my antivirus turned off so I can look at websites... hopefully a fix is coming... and soon.
