Hi I am a 100% supporter of BitDefender, and currently using Total Security 2009. Unfortunately I am now experiencing the problem discussed in this topic, and becoming increasingly annoyed. I am using Vista SP 1 on my machine, and would appreciate assistance in resolving this matter. Regards Corneile Britz
