Usually this problem occurs if you had pause your downloads many times. ADVICE:Please Run Installer As Admin As Explorer Will grant permission to write files In Program files Folder Thank-you for the suggestion Pushkar. Unfortunately I tried it and it didn't work - I still get the same error message coming up
