  • I am not sure why no one has been on this forum for the past month. Anyway, you can assign IP addresses to specific mac addresses. It's not via a table but rather through a mobile device, in my case, my phone.
  • Silly question, but are the devices you are trying to block cellular devices? If so, you won't be able to block them entirely using ANY home network firewall-like device. Both Verizon and ATT have a family data policing feature for 5 dollars a month. As the parent of two teenagers, it more than pays for itself.
  • As long as they are identified by the IANA as private address subnets, there is no advantage. The Internet Assigned Numbers Authority (IANA) has reserved the following three blocks of the IP address space for private internets: 10.0.0.0 - 10.255.255.255 (10/8 prefix) 172.16.0.0 - 172.31.255.255 (172.16/12 prefix)…
  • After an embarrassingly long time, I figured it out. On the access point setup page: LAN --> there is a tab for DHCP server. From there you can disable. I have no idea why it is enabled when in access point mode. Hopefully this helps others. I've attached a screenshot of the setup page. Devan
  • I have sent the problem to support but they asked me to set the device in access point mode, which it already is. I can send screenshots of the Asus set up screen and the bitdefender box notifications if still desired. Support has them already. Before I go completely crazy, I was wondering if anyone is using the device…
