Same problem here. Running Bitdefender total security 2013 on Windows Vista 32 bit. Never a problem with 2012. Have same product on laptop with Windows 8 with no issues. I also have this problem. My OS is Windows 7 Pro I uploaded a Support Tool log to sendspace
