This is not a 2015 issue. It is also happening on my Dashboard and I use 2014 products still. Seems something they have changed on Dashboard is not working properly. Only my 2015 products are affected, 2014's work fine for me.

Sorted, I had to uninstall Bitdefender and then this update was a success! (Even switching Bitdefender Antivirus and its firewall OFF, would not allow the update! Must be a bitdefender bug!?)

KB2811106 for x64 windows 8.1 ... I'm having the same problem. I tried to install the optional Microsoft windows update KB2911106 that appeared for my Yoga13 running Windows 8.1 but it fails to update.
