No, a quarantined virus is isolated from the rest of the applications, and only the AV can acces it. If you want, you can delete the file, but if we speak about a file infector, the quarantined program will be lost. If it is a worm or a trojan, it is safe to be deleted. You can run the scanner in safe mode. Check this topic out for more info. Andrei I don't understand how to run it at the command promt. I just tried to click the bitdefender icon and the program just wont run. I am pretty computer illiterate!
