I too am having the same problem (vsserv.exe error/permissions) as listed above. I removed Norton AV by their method and proceeded to install BD V10. Got as far as the vsserve.exe stage. I am logged in as admin, I have re-booted, and generally tried everything else I can think of including trying to start the BD service…
