This whole episode was very strange! The good news is that as of Monday AM, everything works again, and I was able to extend my subscriptions. My Internet provider is Xfinity, one of the largest if not the largest Internet providers in the US. If they have malware issues, I would expect that it would be all over the news.…

I'm having the same problem when I try to add seats to my Bitdefender subscription. I can click the Update button, can choose an upgrade, but then it blocks me. Is this a general problem, and how does one solve it?
