After reading some of these posts, I apparently have the same type problem without a real solution. I have BD Total Security 2014 installed for about a month or so now. On my desktop, when I run a System Scan, it takes about an hour and a half. I have about 2+ million files on the main drive and the external drive. When I…

I did what you asked and IT WORKED! I've had some HRBlock stuff show up but it did not mess up my computer like before. Thank you for your assistance!

I clicked on the link and got the same advertisment but nothing else. I then typed in bankofamerica dot com and their main webpage came up with no advertisement. I then "Binged" H&R Block in Firefox and clicked on the Bing link. Safepay opened at the H&R Block website without any advertisements. I closed Safepay and the…

http://webmedia.hrblock.com/cookE/geoip/if...744dc6/click.ic? The above entry is my cut/paste URL which keeps popping up and messing with me almost everytime I get on-line. It's what was causing my original problem when I started this query. As I said in my original description, I've tried everything I know to do with…

Thanks for the update. FYI. After entering the User ID I tab down to the next entry field which already has the word 'Password' in it. When I try to type in my password, using the virtual keyboard, it immeditely ignores my entry and reinsert the word 'Password' back into the field. Don't know if that's the Read Only or…

I only have one browser(IE). Imbedded message was, "Safepay attempted to connect to AKAMAI.MATHTAG.COM but the server certificate appears to be issued by an entity that is not trusted by your computer. The Server certificate common name did not match the host name". There is a "button" on the screen called BACK TO SAFETY…

That is probably unlikely, but what happened (until now) regarding a certificate error is not from the original domain. I suspect - as happened before - their page embeds (using a FRAME, IFRAME or so) an external URL, and it is this one that have the certificate error. If you can spare 2 minutes, the method to investigate…

I get the same message krazy mentions in his first comment. The button on this message allows me to continue on but I still get the message. I'm using IE on Windows 7 64 bit. My bank is USAA and is extremely involved in security. Don't know why they might be questioned.

I thought it was working because I made it past the previous block. However; I tried to actually deposit a check and it would not work. I saw your update so I'll just keep waiting for the fix to allow JAVA with my bank. I'll keep checking here but, in the meantime, I don't use SAFEPAY for my deposits.

Yes, Safepay does allow at this time only Flash as client plugin. But there are requests to let also Java (user must opt-in for this) - we're trying to minimize the surface risk, but it seems there are a number of users which need Java. The issue is already on my desk for implementation, I hope to be able to do it this…
