  • Greetings, I'm assuming that my license number was reset after I sent a separate email to Customer Service. Between that and downloading the other installation kit, I was able to install Bitdefender. Thank you. Emily
  • Update: I tried to uninstall Bitdefender from my computer using the uninstall kit available here: http://www.bitdefender.com/uninstall. I downloaded the kit to my desktop, ran it, rebooted my computer, then tried to reinstall Bitdefender Internet Security using the original installation kit. Now, when try to start the…
