Quick update on this. I was not able to terminate the two instances of uiscan.exe that I noted in my post yesterday. So I rebooted my machine and those two instances of uiscan.exe disappeared. My system scan ran normally at scheduled time overnight, and I only saw one record of scan in the log file. So for now this problem…
