suggestion to BD, better than release the patch that can use update BD to new version. I think this method is too simple than must be download offline kit or update online directly from prograam. sorry for my bad lang.

I have intalled bitdefender on systerm windows 8, but after intalled windows start very slow about 30minutes. sometime system don't start, I must restart manual.Now I remove bitdefender on my computer and windows start normaly. Yes, there is offline installer, you can find links in my signature. And of course, you can use the old serial number for activation. Have a nice day ! I was afraid if my serial number will be blocked? What has been proven?

I had the same problem , you will get the same "repair install" and uninstall/reinstall advice like I did , I didn't make a difference. You will have to just put up with it. i have instal/reinstal my BD, but BD always shows that problem, any better solution ??
