  • I am also very disappointed. One of the features I was looking for was parental control, so I bought BitDefender. Regretting my purchase. Also did not get any sort of response from my Customer Support Submission, another bad sign. I will give it a few more days to see if I get a response. Then let them explain to my kids…
  • Parental control does not work for me either. It does not block bad websites, logs the same google webpage over and over, etc, etc. The Facebook app does work. Also Itunes Store does not load, which is making for unhappy kids.
