Yes, my OS is 64 bit, Windows 7. I removed MS Security Essentials before installing. Also disabled Windows Firewall. Have not installed any other security programs.

I have followed your instructions but have had no luck. Still getting the blue screen at the same point as before. Tried running as administrator and it still happens. I downloaded the 64 bit version from the link you sent.

Was trying to install the latest total security but I have a 2013 license that is still valid. Was not sure if that would work with the 2015 one though but couldn't get past the installation. I am running Windows 7 64 bit
