I have the same issue, no solution works. Then, I have the bandwidth massive usage. I've removed the Internet Suite 2013, latest version, and all is working again. Incredible. I've opened a ticket via the form may and I've asked a refund. I hope they reply soon, I've read a lot of thread of angry people on this forum...
