  • Thanks for your input. It seems BD idea of ssupport is to have you send logs and then do nothing with tem (at least in some cases). I got better support from you then their tech staff.
  • Tried repair again and it hangs again at 65%. Something is wrong but BD support help is nowhere to be found.--ie no help at all. DAF44-Let me know if you have any ideas.
  • cancelled and used uninstall tool. Reinstalled BD and the problem is still there. Cannot run scandisk on boot drive. The clue is it must be doing something to boot drive because it runs on all other drives (6 of them), just not on c drive.
