I tried and reinstalled Bitdefender 2019: my printer scans also but does NOT print. So I had to return to my previous solution. This bug is a pity for a good antivirus solution like Bitdefender. It's also a pity that Bitdefender provides no assistance and that we have to pay for an app that is not working as it should.

I had to install another antivirus solution. This works without any problem.

This solution did it: * OpenDevice Manager * Find Network Adapters * Uninstall WAN Miniport (IP), WAN Miniport(IPv6) and WAN Miniport (PPTP). * Click Action > Scan for hardware changes * The adapters you just uninstalled should come back * Try…

The solution above worked for a couple of hours, but again the same problem: no internet connection. I'm going tot uninstall the product. Does not work as it should.

Exactly same problem here. I was obliged to deinstall Bitdefender 2018, because the internet connection is cut off all the time. The problem starts after a few hours working.
