I really advise you to get a keyboard tha works on PS port.It seems that your keyboard ignores you while you are hitting keys to start the Windows instalation.This seems to be the only solution.If the BIOS would have been an AWARD one it would have start without the need to press keys.Also try with another CD ROM…

nobody else? I have asked the same question to bitdefender customer support about ten days ago. Got no answer :-( again, I have no problem reinstalling windows, but I must be able to get windows going/ or boot from a CD for that. Thanks-

If you are using a USB keyboard ,use an adapter or try a normal keyboard and try again to boot in safe mode.In case you have a USB keyboard check also in bios for a USB legacy option and enable it ,maybe will make your USB keyboard to work.
