No one's going to tell you. That's the "fun part". I ended up constantly checking the release notes and manual update guide at Latest Bitdefender Build Version & Manual Update Guide. That's all. Currently .199 is out since 09/17/2024.

Same problem here. I'm repeatedly getting stuck at 84% (currently verstion .198). I can't believe it hasn't been resolved since the May. Paid product that can't be used. Switchnig back to Windows Defender for now.
