  • I bought Internet Security 2012.. Then upgraded free to IS 2013. According to BD web site my license should cover Parental control: BD Internet Security 2013 Features I am not going to have time to work with the bd tech to fix this issue for my account... I will wait for them to fix this issue for everybody.

  • It works now. the parental control now responds very fast. Not sure what the company did but I don't have that issue any more. I still other issues but that will be another thread
