Jane, I ran a deep scan with bitdefender and opened the log file to determine the location of the infected file. In my case it was the archive file for the email inbox. Its strange, but when searching via google for Trojan.******.5758 just about all the results point to a section of a BitDefender forum. This means one of two things.
