I am a total end-user, learning every day! I own my own business and when times got tough, I decided to start doing my own computer work, from Accounting to networking to Tech support, wow, what an eye opener this has been! Bitdefender has simplified many of the processes that are so far over my head I can't even see them, much less understand them, but I am sticking with it and so glad I have, by no means am I a tech guru, but at least now I am not afraid of the keyboard and mouse. So if some of my questions are simple, or if I am not understanding the avenues you are trying to explain to me, just think of me as your grandkid just taking off the training wheels
