Ok I did what you said. I had one reboot and Im stuck at 65% uninstalling for the last 1 hour! I de-installed it as I was getting nowhere. I have re-installed it from scratch. Same error when I start FB or TB So tried a repair process again and it has been stuck on Install for 25 minutes See attached

Hi Columbo FF=15 TB=15.1 Now Im pretty good with SW and I never even noticed a prompt where it was looking for permission so Im assuming it was installed. Appreciate any comments.
