  • Have the mods i.e. Christian left the forums?? very poor when you can not get a reply or a solution to a problem. Does Bitdefender want customers to move to other suppliers of AV if no reply from now on Kaspersky will get my business, as so far this seems a better solution for useability

  • removed Bitdefender IS 2012 and installed Kaspersky 2013 and guess what, Remote assistance works straight out the box with Kaspersky. Bitdefender firewall needs a massive improvement, IMO

  • I have to agree, the defrag tool in Bitdefender Total Security is shocking, just as bad as the built in defrag tool in vista ..... take ages.
