Have the mods i.e. Christian left the forums?? very poor when you can not get a reply or a solution to a problem. Does Bitdefender want customers to move to other suppliers of AV if no reply from now on Kaspersky will get my business, as so far this seems a better solution for useability

removed Bitdefender IS 2012 and installed Kaspersky 2013 and guess what, Remote assistance works straight out the box with Kaspersky. Bitdefender firewall needs a massive improvement, IMO

ok seems winrar was causing an issue with the iso file, removed winrar and it shows the iso now! Might be worth other people being aware of this if they have winrar!

I believe the issue is down to me having outlook and windows mail, I tried removing outlook as was not using this. I have to agree, the defrag tool in Bitdefender Total Security is shocking, just as bad as the built in defrag tool in vista ..... take ages. There are better stand alone defrag tools if searched on google that have a map of the progress, but I would prefer to have one with the Total Security that I paid for.
