  • I contacted Customer Care yesterday to know the status. Their response was that the problem would be solved when I upgrade to DB 2010. Duh!! I replied them with a link to this topic
  • I live in Belgium, and this month you get a CD with a trial version of BD when you buy a popular pc magazine. So, this is a very bad timing to lauch that campaign, BD will loose at lot of potential customers with this bug.
  • I'm also suffering from this problem. It's unbelievable that BD doesn't communicate about this problem. This should be high priority or they loose credibility and customers. I just uninstalled DB and installed a 30-day trial of another product. If it doesn't get solved by then, I will inquire a complete refund.
