  • I didn't use the BD Uninstall tool (didn't even know it existed). I ran it (twice --Thanks for that info), and reinstalled it. It is working perfectly now (so far anyway). I'm going to wait and see if this fixes it. I'm hoping that the .NET Framework is fine. I'll let you know in a few days. Many thanks for your help! Jim
