i hate to be another "me too" addition to the thread but ME TOO! I'm ######. I received the notification or renewal, contacted BitDefender and was still renewed. I'm telling my credit card company to not pay. As others have said, they don't provide a way to cancel.

This is still a problem... Any word on a fix? I seem to have to disable the firewall most of the time (vmware, VPN etc) and it's at the point that I'm not going to buy this again when my subscription runs out. Norton and others don't have this problem!
