  • I had this problem also. Get hold of Malwarebytes Anti Malware program (free) and run it. I think you'll find that there are hijacked registry entries for all of the major AV programs including BD. You have a virus that BD has let through and this virus disables all of your security software - even updates. Run the Malware…
