Simply disabling the A/V or all other BD services is not enough for me to get Windows 7 indexing my files. I had to stop the service by rebooting in safe mode and then switching the Startup Type to Manual in services.msc. Once it was completely off then I could rebuild the index and restart BD.

I'm having the same issue with Windows 7 search refusing to index once Antivirus 2011 is installed.
