This is now FIXED The Router had a slightly low MTU of 1452, I changed it to 1500 and everything is ok. BD actually starts quicker on boot up. BD must look for a higher MTU (I know 1500 is the default for ethernet) For info:- there is a registry entry that can be added to try lower MTU sizes by default on MS website.…

Hi Chris, I removed BD completely, Ran AVG Malware protection and also removed the folder from Program Files from the newly built pc to no effect. Hi Chris Three sites are http://play.clubpenguin.com and accweather.com and Stardoll.com I have made sure that BD does not scan HTTP traffic, infact it will not on the Default setting.
