Thanks. i just made the update to Firefox 3.5 and then checked all the options and rules again. But no luck. So i have checked the logfiles in Bitdefender for the application Firefox And then i see very often : [bDFTDIF][DEVIO] Application error. User buffer too small. What can this mean?

If still firefox does not work, try out to do as follows. firewall - rules - add rule: browse and find firefox (local - no, protocol - any) Thanks for the advice but still NO success. Hi allow(add) firefox in firewall - rules. Thanks for the response, but firefox is already allowed... (where i look...) In what topic must i allow firefox? I go to firewall, and there where the programs are. Firefox has the same rights as IE, which has no problems. grz.
