I solved this issue! By uninstalling Bitdefender and enabling Microsoft Defender! :-)

I observe the same issue!!! I wasn't able to disable automated update to build 26.0.25.84. I had to uninstall antivir. :-(

I have the same issue. Disabling registry scanning helps. It seems that the bug wasn't fixed by BD. Probably the issue is related to NVMe disks.
