For me, adding the network exceptions worked (see the post above where the bitdefender rep replied to me). I can also tell you that I uninstalled bitdefender completely and reinstalled it, and the issues I had with it not "remembering" my network settings was fixed. Not having any issues any more. Hello, i have the same problem. I connect via Cisco VPN to my university to access network drives. Every time i do this i have to go into Firewall -> Adapters and change the Network type from home/office to trusted so i can access the network drive.
