  • Sorry to hear that but have you tried calling them at 1-954-928-2780? Looks like you may need to restart the installation but call them first I suggest to check out options. Thanks for the response. Have un-installed and installed 4 times. Have done all the basic "baby steps" and am now ready for a refund!
