Same issue with Serious Sam HD game, that just unlocked on Steam. 45-50 fps until I add the game to exceptions list. Then it runs at fixed 60 fps again. There is something definitively wrong with BD Antivirus 2010

Have you manually entered Game Mode,right click on the BD icon, or you used the automatic Game Mode setting ? After you set up the antivirus shield at default have you restarted the PC ? Adding the game path to the exclusions didn't help. Disabling antiphishing didn't help. I have Active Virus Control set to Agressive, I have lowered it to Default but it didn't help. And I have riskware disabled too. For me the only thing that works is disabling antivirus.
