I have the exact same issues! It is a clean Windows install, clean BitDefender install. I tried removing, reinstalling, repairing, etc. NOTHING HELPS! It happens from time to time and it also BLOCKS any other applications until the computer is restarted. VERY FRUSTRATING!!! I may need to ditch the license after one month…
