I have the same problem. I have read others topic in this box about this problem; and DanyDan said just support for registered email in BitDefender. And I have one. But, how can I get support for this?

My acc in BAV 2010 is expired. So I have set up new 2011 BTS. I wanna try this product before I buy one. I really delights it. But I have the same problem here. I can't change some setting because I don't know the Product password. So can you tell how to know or reset the password? Must I buy it to know? Thanks and best…
