Same error here. Had to uninstall bitdefender in order to use virtualbox.

Mein Support Ticket ist nun seit 2 Wochen offen. Keine Reaktion. Wirklich ärgerlich. Hätte ich gewusst, dass kein Support existiert, hätte ich ein anderes Programm gewählt. Leider wird der Support in Tests nicht bewertet.

Yes embarrassing. Plus no answer to my 1 week old support ticket, yet. But the payment process worked really good! Unfortunately customer support isn't rated in security software tests.
