Hello, Which OS are you using? If it is Windows 10 then it is simply because Bitdefender Antivirus Free is not compatible and you should either use a paid Bitdefender antivirus or another free version. If you are on an earlier OS then this is unusual and try repairing BD Free. Ro. Windows 8. How do I repair?
